Application in prescribed form are invited from eligible local candidates for the post of ‘Staff Officer’ in the Sikkim State Co-operative Bank ltd, in the pay scale of 9500-500-13500-600-16500-700-18600-700-22100 and other applicable allowances as per the staff service rule of the Bank. (Initial Gross Emoluments – Rs.17100.00)
1. No. of vacancies - 10 (Ten) ( subject to change as per requirement of the Bank)
2. Qualification - Graduate with minimum 50% marks
3. Age - Not exceeding 30 years as on 31/07/2012
4. Probation - One year, which can be extended to further one year at the
discretion of the Bank
The candidates should be Sikkim Subject and should be fluent in English and Nepali
Eligible candidates will have to appear for written examination in the following subjects:-
1. English
2. Quantitative Aptitude
3. General Knowledge
4. Reasoning
Candidates qualifying in the written examination would be called for the viva-voce test.
The application form may be collected from any of our following Bank Branches on working days(except Saturdays) between 11:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m from 12th July, 2012 on payment of Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two hundred only).

The application form can also be downloaded from the website www.sikkim.gov.in. The payment of Rs.200.00 (Rupees two hundred only) in case of such application should be made during the submission of application to the Head Office of the Bank.
No travelling allowance and other allowances will be paid to the candidates for appearing for the written examination/ vica-voce.
The application along with two recent passport size photograph and copy of testimonials duly attested should reach the office of the Managing Director, Sikkim State Co-operative Bank ltd, Zero Point, NH-31A, Gangtok, latest by 5:00 p.m on 26th July, 2012.
